2. Purposes and Legal Bases for Data Processing Your personal data is processed for the following purposes and on the following legal bases:

• Handling inquiries via the contact form (receiving messages, service estimation, providing answers) – based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, which is the legitimate interest of the Data Controller to communicate with website users.

• Establishing cooperation or performance of a contract (if the inquiry leads to cooperation) – based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, which covers actions taken prior to entering into and during the performance of a contract.

• Website analytics and statistics (traffic analysis, website optimization) – based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, which is the legitimate interest of the Data Controller to analyze user behavior to improve website functionality.

3. Data Retention Period Data processed for handling inquiries will be stored for the time necessary to conduct correspondence or until an effective objection is lodged. In the case of establishing cooperation, data will be processed for the duration of the contract performance and the time necessary to defend against potential claims (in accordance with applicable laws). Analytical data from Google Analytics is stored in accordance with the expiration time of cookies (standard up to 14 months).

4. Data Recipients Your personal data may be transferred only to trusted external entities that support the technical and organizational operation of our website. These include Framer B.V. (website hosting platform provider), Porkbun LLC (domain registrar), Bunny Way d.o.o. / bunny.net (CDN content delivery network provider responsible for seamless video playback), and Google Ireland Limited (provider of Google Sheets, where form data is temporarily stored, and Google Analytics). Due to the use of global service providers (such as Google, Porkbun, or Framer), your data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA). These entities guarantee an adequate level of data protection by applying Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

Your Rights In connection with the processing of personal data, you have the right to access your data and receive a copy, the right to rectify (correct) your data, the right to erase data ("the right to be forgotten"), the right to restrict data processing, and the right to object to processing. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority – the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland).

6. Voluntary Data Provision Providing data in the contact form (first name, last name, e-mail, phone number) is completely voluntary, but necessary for us to respond to your message or prepare a business proposal.
